For provision of this service, a team of two or more surveying engineers is formed and supplied with the most up-to-date equipment and tools, computers and software necessary for performing as-built surveying with the purpose of accurate determination of deviations of geometric parameters of buildings, structures, and their parts, and validation of deviations against construction standards and rules. Additionally estimation of the volume of work completed and materials used at all stages of construction (excavation, concrete works, boundary markers installment, roads construction, etc.) is performed. Monitoring results are submitted on the day of its performance in the form of as-built reports and drawings where absolute values of deviations, work volumes and materials usage are indicated. As-built reports are conclusive documents used for comparison and valuation of reports on volume and cost of works submitted by contractors, and calculation of remuneration.
